March 7, 201115 yr Hi, I'm running unRaid version 4.7 and noticed that clicking on the "Refresh" button in the Web management utility's Main screen does not refresh the Main display, only F5 (the browser refresh key) refreshes the drives status. I'm not a Linux expert but I've seen nothing in the syslog that indicates an error. unRaid server have been up for 27 days so maybe it's telling me that it's time to reboot. Any ideas?
March 7, 201115 yr Idea: post your syslog. Also, which browser are you using? How do you have it configured for cacheing? Is it set for automatic or to check for every request?
March 7, 201115 yr It acts the same way for me. I've just resorted to always hitting browser refresh. I use Firefox with the Noscript add-on, so thought maybe it had something to do with that (even though I have my local "server" set as a trusted domain).
March 7, 201115 yr Author BRiT, Thanks, I attached the syslog here. The browser used is MSIE 8, I didn't change its default configuration AFAIK and if by caching you mean temporary internet files, cookies etc then I didn't do anything to empty them. Thanks again syslog-2011-03-07.txt
March 8, 201115 yr For IE8, if you hit ALT key the menu will show up on top. Then navigate through to "Tools", "Internet Options", "Browsing history" / "Settings", and under "Temporary Internet Files" section select the option of "Every time I visit the webpage", then click on OK. If there was an issue of your browser improperly caching the page, then that will correct it. It's been a while since I ran unRAID 4.x series so I can not verify it's behavior. However under unRAID BETA 5.6a, clicking on "Refresh" does indeed update the drive status list.
