Windows VM very slow when downloading big files

I have a gaming VM and did everything to optimize the speed of the VM but when I get high usage on my VM ssd the vm gets very laggy and everything will be with high latency and that doesn't happen with bare metal windows with the same ssd and transfering files what it could be?

 

These spikes in the image are low compared to when is the main drive
