How to backup or sync a folder on a Unassigned drive to the array?

Inside one of my unassigned drives i have a file that i access... Id like to back up/sync this folder with one on the array ..  What is the best/easiest way to do this?   I looked at the options below but just wondering if there is a newer option or one that seems to be the best...

    I like luckyBackup (the Docker container). Very easy to setup/test. Will sync/backup just about anything to just about anywhere.
