I have a host running Unraid 6.9.2. I have one port from an Intel X710-T4 passed through to a VM using vfio and SeaBIOS. The problem I am having is when I first start the VM, the network link goes down and I get a "Media test failure. Check cable" error when it tries to PXE boot. If I wait for about a minute for the link to come up and then send Ctrl+Alt+Del to reset the VM, then PXE works correctly. Is there a way to configure SeaBIOS to wait before attempting to PXE boot? Based on this page I found it seems like it might be possible. Any ideas?
