woke up to a telegram that array had read errors  

 

for a change i managed to get diagnostics zip before attempting to reboot  

 

whats recommended next steps to diagnose issues? been faultless last 30+ days

It's logged as a disk problem, and SMART shows some issues, run an extended SMART test.

It’s taken all day. But it’s done the scan. (Attached)

It passed so disk is OK for now, keep monitoring, especially this attribute, if it keeps climbing there will likely be more errors soon:

Disk is at 70K power on hours, so it's probably not going to last much longer anyway.
