Can't access Vm tab or VM manger in settings

So I just swapped cases and decided to reorganize my pci devices to add another card while I had everything out and now I can't access my VMs. The VM tab and the VM Manger in settings just timeout. Do I have to move everything back to their original positions?

 

I have 3 GPUs installed. 1 for plex and 1 for each of 2 VMs.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
