No webui access

Featured Replies

Unraid 6.9.2 (i think.. - latest build)

Everything has been working fine. Had an internet issue, rebooted and now i have no webui access. I am able to see the dockers (plex, radarr etc) front end - just not unraid itself. I have the myservers.net plugin installed so I can't try the ipaddress/dashboard as it sends it to the xxxxxxxx.unraid.net.dashboard page. Attached the diagnostics (i can ssh in OK) Any ideas?

use https://IP-address and it won't redirect (just acknowledge the certificate errors that will appear)

Once you're in, change the DNS server (settings - Network) to addresses other than the router (208.67.222.222 / 208.67.220.220) and go from there.

Cheers @Squid - https works for local access.

Stopped vm and dockers, changed dns server from 192.168.1.1 to 208.67.222.222. rebooted.

Still no access on https://xxxxxxxxx.unraid.net/Dashboard - had a peek at the management tab and the server is available from the internet.

Signed out and back into to unraid.net. Still no go with the webui.

Sorry each line of this seems to contradict the previous one, I'm really confused :)

If this doesn't work:

  https://xxxxxxxxx.unraid.net/Dashboard

then what does this mean?

  https works for local access.

Maybe it would help to show the exact url you are using that works

And this:

Signed out and back into to unraid.net. Still no go with the webui.

Similar to the last section, I'm not sure how you signed out and back in if you can't access the webgui?

A few things that may help:

https://wiki.unraid.net/My_Servers#How_to_access_your_server_when_DNS_is_down

https://wiki.unraid.net/My_Servers#How_to_disable_SSL_for_local_access

And if your network has changed since you set this up then you might be having DNS Rebinding problems:

Access via the FQDB https://yourpersonalhash.unraid.net:port doesn't work.

Using https://ipaddress:port does work

Therefore I can get access using https://ipaddress:port and signout of myservers/unraid.net.

Solutions so far... stop using the myservers plugin/SSL off

*edit* tried it again and updated the DNS cert. - all OK now.
