Unassigned Devices not showing up with USB 3.0 PCIE Card

Howdy,

I have a Dell R710, and I recently purchased a 4-port usb 3.0 PCIE card: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07W82SV3V?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details

 

I can see it in system devices:

Presumably, it's lacking a driver.

Wow if that's the answer I'm going to be very annoyed with myself...
