March 9, 201115 yr Just looking for feedback on my 2nd rig. My main purpose is for media streaming using Air Video server and backup. I don't mind spending extra $$$ to get the right gear, but I don't want to take out a 2nd mortgage either ;-) My main goal is to eventually have 20 drives for around 40TB of storage. March 9, 201115 yr everything looks good to me. I have not used that board and you may want to search the forums to see if anyone else it. The only other thing I will point out is to make sure that the RAM is on the compatible list on the Biostar website.
March 10, 201115 yr You have the wrong cable. That is a reverse breakout. You need a forward breakout like this one. It's actually on sale too. I just purchased one yesterday for the full price. Those bastards =(
