I have one of those. I think I paid about about the same price for it a few months. It's small, feels a little cheap but can be handy at times when I need to use a keyboard/mouse on the HTPC.  I'd not want to use it as a regular remote (I have a harmony for that). I wish the trackball acted as a button (programmable middle button would be awesome but even a simple left click operation would do) but it does not. It would be nice if it had backlit too. For $27, it makes a fairly decent occasional use keyboard/mouse replacement though.
