Dear UNRAID Community

I try to install unraid version 6.9.2 but I can't find disks on main manu

My Server is Lenovo ThinkSystem ST250
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) E-2124 CPU @ 3.30GHz
Memory: 32GB
Disks: 2 x 300GB 15K 12Gbps HDD SAS 2.5" HDD
          6 x 6.00TB 7.2K 6Gbps SATA 3.5" HDD
Network Card: 1 x Broadcom NX-E PCIe 10Gb 2-Port Base-T
RAID Card: ThinkSystem RAID 530-8i PCIe 12Gb Adapter

RAID controller is failing to initialize:

Jun 5 02:59:51 Taii kernel: megaraid_sas 0000:05:00.0: Ignore DCMD timeout: megasas_get_ctrl_info 5274
Jun 5 02:59:51 Taii kernel: megaraid_sas 0000:05:00.0: Could not get controller info. Fail from megasas_init_adapter_fusion 1865
Jun 5 02:59:51 Taii kernel: megaraid_sas 0000:05:00.0: Failed from megasas_init_fw 6406

Look for a firmware update, though we don't really recommend RAID controllers with Unraid, since it uses an LSI SAS3408 it might be flashable to IT mode, you can look for that, but it will likely require a new config and even after that it's not certain to correctly mount existing disks, one of the reason we don't recommend RAID.

No, sorry, don't even know if it's possible, but you can google it, look for "lenovo 530-8i it mode"

Right now I change Mini SAS Cable from first backplane from raid card to Mainboard it work correctly but for the second backplane, I buy Mini SAS 12G SFF-8643 to SATA Cable from Aliexpress (Link >>>https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001943995127.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.55ed4c4dvtGESE ) and I can't see disk number 4-7 , Please kindly help me to check log as I attached

p.s. I connect a cable from backplane like this

I assume the backplane uses miniSAS, if yes you need a reverse breakout cable, forward breakout looks the same but it only works the other way around, miniSAS to host and SATA to target, you need SATA to host and miniSAS to target.
