Problem with mover deleting remnants?

I have a linux server and NFS mount a share called linuxnfs off unRAID (4.7) where I usually store source for compiling and at times backups of important files et al. I created a couple of new directories and went about either copying (in this case /etc) or building (in this case asterisk voip server). All worked like a dream.

 

Since then however, mover wakes up regularly and tries to move the files across off my cache drive and remove the remnants. From what I can tell it cant for a subset of folders (note there are no files left on the cache, only folders). I have attached the section of syslog that shows what mover is doing.

 

Any ideas?
