Im running parity checks once every 1 month as it takes a long time and is causing my system to be slow.

 

Today I see that one of the drives is getting errors: Should I be prepared to replace it, or is there something I can do about it?

Without diagnostics, it's impossible to say.

Do I upload the whole zip folder from diagnostics?

Never done this before, but hopefully this is the proper way to do it.

Cabling looks bad on disk 3.  Reseat / replace.  Might not solve the inconsistency between parity / data drives though, and you'd have to write the corrections to the parity drive.

Ok, thanks I will try that. I have my worries as this is a drive from an external hdd that I put into my unraid server.

I guess they are not as good as a 3.5" drive.

 

I do have write to parity enabled, but I will run the parity check once more just in case that solves anything.
