6.9.2 - 10 GbE ports not working - SOLVED

Featured Replies

Hello!

I just replaced my motherboard for my UnRaid server with a new Gigabyte MD70-HB0 motherboard.

This board has 2 x 10GbE BASE-T LAN ports (Intel® X540) on it, but I can't seem to get these to work...

Does anybody maybe have an idea why?

I've added in an extra PCI-E ethernet expansion card so I can access the GUI, but I would love to have these 2 ports working and I can't find much about it...

Your diagnostics could provide information on the initialization of the NICs, their status, etc.

Only the gigabit NICs are being detected, this is not an OS problem, check to see if the NICs are enable in the BIOS.

Hmm oke, I thought they where working because they are enabled in the bios... I'll look in to that then, thanks!
