I keep getting this error messages in my System Log and when they start to show up all my docers will stop working like Plex and so on noting can be used

Looks like BTRFS corruption, your diagnostics would provide much more information (for example on what drive allocation). Go to Tools / Diagnostics and attach the zip file to your next post.

Cache filesystem is corrupt, log shows previous write errors to one of the devices:

Best bet is to backup and restore the pool, also see here for better pool monitoring.
