March 11, 201115 yr 50 Foot Cat 6 Ethernet Cable $4 + FSSS @ Amazon A 50 foot Category 6 cable for $4 is a good price for me. It ships from Amazon themselves. I bought two, there's 1 left for $4. Amazon also has them for $4.50. Perfect timing since I needed two 30ft cat6 cables since I have old school cat5 cabling that's flaky on gigE. http://www.amazon.com/Kingwin-Network-Patch-Cable-KCAT5E-W50/dp/B003ID5X3K
March 11, 201115 yr Sold by Kingwin and Fulfilled by Amazon is the key term here. For Prime account holders, this means they get the 2 day shipping for free. In for one!
March 11, 201115 yr Author Sold by Kingwin and Fulfilled by Amazon is the key term here. For Prime account holders, this means they get the 2 day shipping for free. In for one! Yeah, I have Prime so I always snag cheap AZ deals. Glad you could grab one. It said 3 left when I bought two, and yours should have been the last one. Maybe it just doesn't update quickly.
March 11, 201115 yr Even though Amazon is the warehouse, I don't think the sales database of Kingwin and the Amazon website are linked, so x left won't update instantly like it does for Amazon sold items.
March 11, 201115 yr Author Even though Amazon is the warehouse, I don't think the sales database of Kingwin and the Amazon website are linked, so x left won't update instantly like it does for Amazon sold items. For FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) items, Amazon handles everything. Selling on AZ is my day job, so I've had a lot of experience with it. I use FBA for 98% of my inventory, and it updates instantly when people buy my items since the QTY they display is directly related to the QTY of that item in their own warehouse
March 11, 201115 yr Author Well, I received an out of stock email and my order was canceled. I guess there was just too much demand. I'll keep looking for a 30ft cable which would be the perfect length for my room.

Shipping was almost $7, so I'll either wait till I need something else form Monoprice or just buy it elsewhere.
March 16, 201115 yr I received this order from Amazon today, but they sent me Cat 5 cables instead. KCAT5E-W50 was the model number shipped, instead of KCAT6-W50 which is shown on the invoice. I'm returning it to Amazon.
March 22, 201115 yr Got notification yesterday that this was back in stock and on the way. As of this writing, Amazon's status on this indicates "Only 4 left in stock--order soon (more on the way)." Grab 'em if you need 'em!
March 22, 201115 yr Author FWIW, I received my order from AZ, the $4.50 one, and it is in fact a cat6e cable as advertised.
March 22, 201115 yr Still in stock, so I grabbed one. It said "1 left in stock" when I ordered, and still says that, so who knows if there's any left.
