Corleone
Hi, i accidently formatted my cache ssd, before the mover has moved the files to the array. It is now an empty btrfs partition. Now i am trying to restore the files to my array, but it is not working. I am using this command: btrfs restore -v /dev/sdn1 /mnt/disk5/restore I always get the message: Reached the end of the tree searching the directory. I could not find information about this here in the forum when i searched for this exact error. I would really appreciate any help. I am not really into Linux so please excuse my question. Thanks Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Btrfs restore is mostly used to restore files from a corrupt filesystem, not to restore deleted files, for that you need UFS explorer or a similar deleted file recovery app. 1 Quote Link to comment
