Extremely Sluggish and strange log stuff

My server hung up entirely today and i ended up having to hard power it off. When it came back it started a standard parity check and for the first time in like 5+ years it actually made a couple parity corrections which it never has before. My log looks strange and i cant really tell what's going on other than containers aren't working well and everything is super sluggish. Diagnostics attached
