Issue with Docker Containers After Failed Update?

I'm running Unraid 6.8.3.  I was doing a parity check which causes al to of IO and general slowness.  I updated a docker container and it got the point of the update where it removes the docker container and the update never proceeded.  I waited and waited and it never updated.  I ended up closing the browser tab.

So now the docker container is just not present.  I can reinstall from the App tab and it shows up as a running docker.  But if I try and login to the web view of the container it just opens another tap that goes to the "Main" tab of Unraid.  I'm not sure familiar with Docker.  Any idea what I can do to fix it?  I'm guessing some config file from the old install is conflicting with something from the re-install but I have no idea what.  Any ideas?
