Long story short, created a Windows 10 VM and passed through a GT 1030 with it and its audio device in its own IOMMU group. Then added the VBIOS with Space Invader One's VBIOS hack that removes the dumb Nvidia "VM detection" code. Got it to boot, manually installed drivers and got the all to common Error 43.

 

USB is booting in UEFI mode as I can't seem to get my Z490 Plus motherboard to boot in Legacy CSM mode. I've included the XML file in a txt document if that helps. 

 

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
