Dashboard ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED . How can I fix this?

Hello. Yes the port is correct! I can access the server using putty and WinSCP. I can access the content on the drives, because the samba protocol is working, plex is working fine, delugevpn is working, homeassist. The only thing I can't access is the web interface from my network, to login as root.  The only problem i have now is whit nextcloud, where o get a 400 Bad Request

Have you tried https://<IP Address>?

Note the https and use the IP that is working for putty.

Yes i've tried https://ip address and https://ip address:port number 

From the command prompt,

diagnostics

and post the resulting zip file here (logs folder on the flash drive)

Hello. I'm going to post today that... than the  diagnostics command, and made the zip...Try to open the results, but i need a program to decode it! But i'm going to post today the zip here
