Cannot see drives m1215 raid controller

Looking to start a unraid server but am unable to see my drives.  They show up on bootup but not in unraid.  Is there something I am doing wrong?  This is my first install so im a Noob with unraid.

    Unraid doesn't generally play well with RAID controllers, it needs direct access to the drives.

    Do you know if your Controller can be flashed in IT mode ?
