Hi,

 

I have replaced the USB in my unraid server and am running through the process to get a key

 

However when I click “Request Key” after entering my email address the page does not load and I do not get the key.

Could a new one be setup for me please?

I am obviously unable to start my array due to this. Any way to expidite the key process? (Can PM My new/old USB GUID)
