Can someone explain what any of this means?

So i have 4 x 16gb sticks of ram in the system so i assume that's why it says 64GiB in the top left but in the bottom left it says that only 31.4gb is usable. Does this mean that unraid is only actually using half of the available ram or am i not understanding something?

    Mine says 64Gb and then down below says 62.  Not sure why yours is so low.
