Random Reads waking up disks

HI there, I have a problem, that my disk are randomly spun up.  I have installed FileActivity (no activity at all) and OpenFiles (no disks are mentioned being used), but I don't see there any activity.

 

Ther "random" reads looks like this:

Very small read speed for a very short period of time.

 

Has anyone an idea how I can see what those reads are?

 

Edit: It is not always that all disks are spun up for reads. Sometimes it's just 1 disk and parity is sleeping. The application "Fix Common Problems" is set to  avoid spinning up disks for tests.

    Those small reads are normal when the disks are spun up, it's to get SMART stats, they shouldn't be the reason the disks are spinning up.
