multiple CPUs allocated to a windows VM not recognized?

Hello, I have attached my unraid windows VM configuration and what I see in the VM's microsoft task manager, I was expecting to see an many CPU references as the CPU cores I allocated but I see just one. Is WIndows actually seeing / using all those cores?

Am I doing something wrong?

    This is the classic view on clean Windows 10.

     

    Try to right click on the graph, and select logic processor, or something similar :D
