some Help please with "Device is disabled, contents emulated" and "unraid Unmountable: No file system"

Hello, after normal shutdown ( i guess at least) one disk say "Device is disabled, contents emulated" an the other say "unraid Unmountable: No file system"

i already run xfs_repair -v /dev/md1 and xfs_repair -v /dev/md1 -L but i have no idea how to proceed , i am reading son post in the forum abot similar situations an learnign in the process.-

i really apreciated some help with this, thanks in advance!

DIsk1 is disabled and disk2 is failing, there might a few things you can do to try and recover but since the disks are small and if you have backups that would be the easiest way out of this.
