New cache (Solved)

Featured Replies

Hi everybody, and thanks for the help in advance :)

I recently bought a new nvme cache drive, which should replace the old ssd, to free up an sata port from my motherboard. I found this guide on how to swap the drives, which for the most part works as intended

The problem is that niether my dockers or my vm's shows up afterwards, which is of course very annoying.. Is there any easy way around this, or do i have to install them all again? (I am not as advanced as some of you guys in here ;) )

ps. If anybody is wondering, yes, the old drive still works, so I should still have access to the data

Best regards, Marc

dockers

Are they just missing or something like "Docker failed to start" appearing?

No sign of them at all 🤔

Apps - Previous Apps check off what you want.  Everything should be back the way you left it.

Amazing, thought it would be way more difficult!! The dockers works perfectly now, but my vm's are still gone :I Any way to recover these as well?

Copy libvirt.img from the old cache and replace current one (VM service must be disable), obviously also copy the vdisks.
