July 10, 20214 yr I use Unraid as a plex/file server and recently set up a 2nd cache array (2x 1TB ssd drives) so I can keep the newest content there without repeatedly spinning up any drives. I move older content manually with Krusader after it's been there for a month or two. Right now I have it set to move monthly, I just have to keep moving the days around to avoid it running.

With the Tuning plugin, there is an option, "Disable Mover running on a schedule", when set to yes supposedly it stops the Schedule, but apparently the devs/support are saying unraid may not actually support it? I've used that option, but the Mover still gets auto triggered...
March 19, 20251 yr Community Expert Mover tuning plugin is broken on Unraid 7.0, unless it’s been fixed recently? The bug prevents mover from working entirely. best to set the native unraid mover schedule to weekly or monthly.
