Cannot connect to Web GUI

Server has been running for a year+ without any notable issues, today all of a sudden I couldn't connect to the web interface. It does seem to get an IP address and I can SSH into the server, but I can't even see the webGUI when I boot into GUI mode. It also seems that VMs and dockers aren't starting.

    Are those the correct diagnostics?  It looks like you did a shutdown.

    I did do a shutdown, but the entire time I couldn't access the webgui. It just started working again randomly a few minutes ago after I started it up and left it alone. I didn't change anything, so I'm not sure what would have happened.
