Win10 VM stucks at Tiano-Core screen after Unraid reboot

Featured Replies

Hello Gs,

after like 3 months i rebooted my unraid, after this reboot my win10 VM stucks always at the tianocore screen and tells me

"2021-07-12T14:53:01.857487Z qemu-system-x86_64: vfio_err_notifier_handler(0000:05:00.0) Unrecoverable error detected. Please collect any data possible and then kill the guest"

in the logs.

This is a Win 10 VM with a passthrough PCIe USB controller. Before the reboot I could easily passthrough it and it worked great.

as you can see in the vfio-pci config it gets hooked and bounded to the vm but well now it won't start again anymore.

Things I checked since there:

- Unraid Version Upgraded to 6.9.2

- VM-settings:
