lost a disk and parity

For future reference, Diagnostics already includes SMART for all attached disks.

 

Looks like you rebooted before getting diagnostics so can't see what might have caused the problems. SMART for both disks looks OK.

 

Repair filesystem on disk2:

25 years of windows  ... some automatisms.
Will made this tomorrow morning with clear mind.
Hope it will not happen again but duly noted.

Disk dropped offline, this is usually a connection/power problem, replace both cables.
