My VM's are not working when i boot them up.

My VM's are not working when i boot them up. The monitors turn on as if they were just connected to the running software, but then they jump into a energy saver blank screen mode.

 

I should be getting a something to pop up on the screen i believe. Maybe a windows installation or something but nothing has shown up. Ive tried different variations to setup the VM's but haven't gotten anywhere.

 

Here are my diagnostics.
