This has happened to me twice, every so often disk1 will become disabled and the content says it emulated. I don't see anything in the logs but I could be missing something.

 

Anyone have any thoughts on what it could be?

    Unless I missed it logs don't show what happened, but disk changed ID, so it dropped offline and reconnected, try replacing both SATA and power cables.
