Setting bandwidth limit for a docker?

Hi all!

 

I need to set Ubuntu Playground with a max bandwidth limit.  Is there a variable or something that can be put in a docker's settings to limit that? Or is that something that needs to be put in as a command immediately after starting Ubuntu Playground?  My linux knowledge is very minimal but willing to learn and research as much as possible.  Can't seem to find too much or Im looking in the wrong place.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
