Corrupt docker.img

Why have you given 60GB to docker.img? Have you had problems filling it? 20G is usually more than enough and making it larger won't fix problems filling it, it will only make it take longer to fill. The usual cause of filling docker.img is an application writing to a path that isn't mapped.

Thanks @trurl

I have Unifi devices set to record verbose logging and (perhaps wrongly) thought that was filling things up because it would require a higher amount of storage. How can I purge the log? There is about 25 GB on my cache eating up space for each of the devices logging. I have since disabled that logging to be minimal.
