Unraid v6.9.2 frozen out of the blue... twice so far

Love Unraid... not an expert, used for a number of years, mostly plex. On my 2nd build of server.

 

Symptons:

1. Plex and Nextcloud docker services unavailable in browser.

2. Unraid unavailable via browser

3. Terminal with GUI would not recognize keyboard key presses.

4. Power button push did not initiate a shut down.

5. Hard power reset and reboot seemed to address the problem.  Could login via terminal & browser.  Could use Nextcloud and Plex.

6. Parity check found 3 errors.

7. Worked fine for ~1 day, then repeat symptoms including number of parity errors found (3).

 

Not sure what to do or how to determine what hardware, configuration or corruption is causing the issue.  Any help appreciated. Diagnostics attached.
