every time i boot my server two disk logs shows the same warning 

Synchronize Cache(10) failed: Result: hostbyte=0x01 driverbyte=0x00

 

what does this mean, something a can do to make it go away?

    Try another USB controller for the NMVe device, or ideally don't use USB for that.
