August 12, 20214 yr hey all, I have been experiencing multiple HD failures (from the same slot each time), over the past 6m or so. All of them are due to a power outage, and a difficult to diagnose UPS problem. I have fixed the UPS issue, and its been tested. Now, the HD issue. I believe I am experiencing an issue with this HD's port on the mobo, since all 3 previous failures are from this one as well. Looking over the attached diag, can this be determined? Ideas on where else I should check, or possibly a hardware change to help fix the issue, without buying a new mobo? Thanks nextgen-tower-diagnostics-20210811-2041.zip
August 12, 20214 yr Community Expert Diags are after rebooting, so we can't see what happened, but swap the SATA cable with another disk to that port, if it fails again it could be a bad port.
