Bad network speeds with Unraid version 6.9.x - 6.10.x

Hi

i have bad network speeds with Unraid Version 6.9.x - 6.10.x
With 6.8.3 it worked perfekt.

With 6.9.x - 6.10.x my network speed gets only to 90MB/s.

Unraid 6.8.3:

Unraid 6.10: (its the same result in Unraid 6.9.x)

I use a J4105-ITX with onboard LAN and 8GB Ram.

What Ive tried yet:

- Ive tried a new Intel networkcard it dosent help.
- Ive Change the Cable dosent help.
- ive set the cpu guvenor to all possible setting but it only gets worse.
- ive install unraid 6.9.x and 6.10.x on a second usb stick and only install iperf3 to check the speed same result.
