I had 3 of these running in my old traditional raid server for 3 or 4 years.  This weekend I finally built my unraid server and used icydocks 5-in-3's in anticipation of someday going beyond the capacity of three 4-in-3's.

The newer version of the device module is selling for around $25.  I will sell all 3 for $40 including shipping to the continental US.  I really would prefer to sell them as a lot, but would consider selling them for $20 each (including shipping) if someone doesn't need all 3.  Send me a PM if you are interested.
