VM not starting - network route missing

I removed a NiC some time ago and I have pi-hole running on default port (53), which I suspect might be causing these issues.

 

When I try to start a VM I get error: 

Cannot get interface MTU on 'virbr0': No such device

Inside Network Settings I have Routing Table:

If I try to add "virbr0" manually and press ADD ROUTE, then nothing happens. No error message.

 

What can I do to fix this and make my VM start?
