Koshy Posted September 1, 2021 Share Posted September 1, 2021 Currently I have unraid running on an Intel System with with multiple Windows VMs (without GPU passthrough) running at the same time. I want to build a new machine, if I switch to AMD Ryzen (3900X) on the next build will I be able to do the same thing. I know that Ryzen doesn't come with an iGPU so will this be an issue. If you do not passthrough a GPU, it does not matter if the CPU has an integrated GPU or not. The video part is done via noVNC or RDP. So YES, it should work on Ryzen as well as on Intel.
