After CPU/Mainboard change no IP

Hey Guys!

So I've changed my CPU/Mainboard and treid to boot my system again. After the typical boot screen i get the message:

IPv4: No IP

IPv6: No IP

 

Can somebody help me?

 

 

System:
Gigabyte x570 mini ITX

Ryzen 5 2600x

16GB RAM

    Doesn't look like your ethernet adapter is being detected. Can you see it in the BIOS? Is it disabled?
