Hello today I noticed that the speed of the mover is only around 50MB / s and if I write directly to the disk then the speed is also around 50-60MB / s is it normal?

That sort of speed is not atypical.   You may find this part of the online manual to be of interest.

I too have slow performance, but my disks are in range of 200KB/s, not MB/s.

when I run the disk bench speed plugin, i get the usual 120-150 MB/s thru put. 

I have a DL380p with two 420 sas cards (one built in, one a card). Neither have my drives connected.

I am running my disks off of a DELL 9200-8E HBA. I mention this as I have read about this server running non-hp hba's slow?
