I assume the currently used appdata for letsencrypt is on cache since it has precedence. Are you even using letsencrypt? I know that docker was renamed to swag but of course the appdata for swag could be named letsencrypt. I am not using letsencrypt. I don't need it anymore. I haven't worked on the server in several months so many things could be out of date.

I will complete the steps correctly and get you the diagnostic file before reinstalling docker. I incorrectly assumed that once Mover had completed it would correct the issue, my apologies. I will post the diagnostic tomorrow morning. Thank you for your help Thank you, GTP
September 22, 20214 yr Author @trurlI have posted my diagnostics after following the steps correctly. I have not reinstalled docker and will wait for your reply. Thank you for your help! Thank you, GTP tower-diagnostics-20210922-1215.zip
September 22, 20214 yr Community Expert Since you have so many disks, just to make sure I haven't overlooked or forgotten something. Are all your disks enabled and mounted now? Do any of them have SMART warnings on the Dashboard page? Looks like you may have a lost+found share which would have been the result of filesystem repair. Have you checked its contents? You don't have Fix Common Problems plugin installed. Might be worth installing it so it can check on other things I might miss. You should consider setting Minimum Free for each of your User Shares, and for cache. In the general case, Unraid has no way to know how large a file will become when it chooses a disk for it. If a disk has less than Minimum, Unraid will choose a different disk if other factors allow. You should set Minimum Free to larger than the largest file you expect to write to the share or cache. Your isos share is cache-no but its files are all on cache. If you want that on cache, which is OK, then you should set it to cache-only. Mover ignores cache-no and cache-only shares, so it isn't going to move it anyway, but with it set to cache-no, any new files for the share will be written to the array. Your other shares Use cache settings look appropriate. Appdata has some files on the array. Nothing can move open files, and docker would have kept those open, but with docker disabled you should be able to get them moved to cache now. Go to Main - Array Operation and click Move. Wait for it to finish then post new diagnostics.
September 22, 20214 yr Author @trurl Yes, all my disks are enabled and mounted except for sdf which is a 12tb drive I was planning on adding once I got the rig up and working again. It has not been pre-cleared or formatted. I am waiting to do that until after we have resolved all my other issues. The good news is I am no longer receiving that warning message I was receiving yesterday preventing me from formatting the disk. I believe it had to do with the plugin. After I updated all my plugins the error disappeared. So after we fix everything else and it is running a little while I will pre-clear and format the new disk with no errors hopefully. On the dashboard all my disks are healthy and contain no smart warnings. I just checked the contents of the lost and found drive and it has files from Disk 6,8,9, and 11 on it but I am fine with losing it, I can always re-download. I have installed the Fix common problems plugin and will resolve all issues found. I want my ISO's on my Array, I guess instead of the cache right? What would I need to do to move the files? I ran Mover again but I am still seeing the files from Appdata on my array in Disk 21(just the lets encrypt folder that I don't use any longer)? I have attached Diagnostics. You can set that share to cache-yes and mover will move it to the array when it runs. 2 hours ago, GTP said: Disk 21(just the lets encrypt folder that I don't use any longer)? You can delete it from disk21, probably it is also on cache and that's why it didn't get moved, so you can also delete it from cache. There is another plugin, Appdata Cleanup, that will do that for you. You already have it installed as part of Community Applications. Not sure if you would have to tell it to delete it twice to get rid of both. So I guess in the end mover didn't accomplish anything because everything was already where it needed to be except for the duplicate letsencrypt appdata. Go to Settings - Docker and delete docker.img. Change its size to 20G, then enable docker to get it recreated at that size. You won't have any dockers at that point but that is easy to take care after you... Post new diagnostics.
September 22, 20214 yr Author @trurl I have re-created the docker image at 20GB and posted the new diagnostics. I don't think I want all those dockers I had before. I think I just want binhex-plexpass, GAPS, Tautulli and OMBI for now. Thank you for all you help! Please let me know what the next steps are? Previous Apps on the Apps page will let you reinstall any and all of your dockers exactly as they were from their templates stored on flash. https://wiki.unraid.net/Manual/Troubleshooting#Restoring_your_Docker_Applications
September 22, 20214 yr Author @trurl Alright I am going to install those then, is there anything else I need to do or did you just help me clean-up my entire system? Thank you, GTP
September 22, 20214 yr Author Everything looks great, I don't see any issues at all thank you so much for all your help! You Rock!! @trurl
September 22, 20214 yr Community Expert See what Fix Common Problems suggests, and consider your Minimum Free for each share. You can see how much of docker.img is used on the Dashboard in the Memory section. After you install your dockers it shouldn't really grow unless you install more dockers. docker.img is only supposed to contain the code for the dockers, and anything else they use should be in appdata or your other shares such as media.
