September 17, 20214 yr This morning I installed and flashed the above mentioned HBA with the IT mode firmware and it doesn't recognize any of the drives installed. The cables should be fine since they worked with the previous HBA(a rocketraid 2720), anytips about how to go about looking for and solving the issue would be greatly appreciated. lowerrack-diagnostics-20210917-1625.zip
September 17, 20214 yr Everything looks normal on the controller side, see if the drives show up in the LSI BIOS, if not they also won't show up in Unraid.

September 18, 20214 yr That suggests a cable or device problem, though I guess it could also be a bad HBA, do you hear the disks spinning up?
September 18, 20214 yr Author I have reseated all the cables and it's working now. Thank you for your help, I should have though of it earlier, but fixing things while stressed rarely works well.
