Quickly move data out of my existing Unraid HDDs

I wanted to remove my existing HDDs quickly. Data isn't important.

I set up another trial Unraid, and connected 8 drives to it. I precleared the drives. Since they passed, I will use them. They are 8 units of 2 TB drives. I need all the disk space I can get. Will creating a cache pool using all 8 drives give me the quickest writing speed? What choices do I select for btrfs, assuming I can risk data being lost. Can I do it without any array and parity?

I also plan to use rsync from first Unraid to trial Unraid, so that if interrupted, can continue.

You need at least one array device assigned, it can be an old flash drive assigned as a data device.
