Help with hardware error

Featured Replies

Hello. I'm getting an error on my server with "Machine Check Events detected on your server" If someone could help me, that would be great! I've attached the Diagnostics file. Thank you

Looks like a memory issue to me.

As you are using ECC memory, you should check your motherboard monitoring if there is more detail.

Hello. Thank you for the reply. Yes i'm using ECC memory. Would you know how I could check my motherboard monitoring?

  • Author

I did check my log on my server and seen that there were 500 alerts just today for this "Correctable Memory ECC @ DIMMC1(CPU1) - Asserted"

The motherboard manual probably has information on which one is DIMMC1 CPU1.
