unraid 6.9.2-Win10 does not start after the graphics card is passed through

My hardware list:i5-10400, MSI B460M mortar,16G ddr4 2666,AMD RX560。

ISSUE: 

Fist,When I installed the win10 virtual machine, turn on the video card through, the display can output the screen.

But I installed the video card drive, suddenly black screen, and then restart the virtual machine, open in win10 logo screen, can not get in.

After switching to VNC, win10 starts again

by the way,I tried win10 1903、1909、LTSC。。。

Me too also have some issues lately. vnc is ok, and also rdp with vnc is ok.. When I turn on the gpu, one cpu is 100% all the time, the other cpu is 0%. Cant get in. Wont start...Windows 7 with esu updates. Been working nice until last week. Nvidia 660-ti.

update:  I changed the graphics card from RX560 to GTX960, ISSUE Disappeared。。。。

When I take away the bios file, then it  starts RDP, but with error 43.

When using the bios file again, same thing happen, one core is 100% and nothing happen. The vbios file used to work fine before.
